
Hello, I’m Josephine!
Malfoof began as an idea in 2020 and grew into a studio space by 2021. It’s a food and flower design studio rooted in celebrating our region through local production and sustainable practices.
We strive to contribute to positive, environmentally friendly change in Lebanon’s food and floral systems.
Using unique seasonal blooms, we create modern bouquets and floral installations for any occasion: from events and weddings to intimate table settings or simple, everyday arrangements.
On the food side, we design and cater themed eating experiences: conceptual catering, supper clubs, pop-ups, and more. Our approach to food is contemporary, inspired by the land and the people behind it.
At Malfoof, we always aim to tell a story and inspire change through what we eat and how we celebrate beauty.
